Booking conditions:

 

• 50% payment upon booking

• 50% balance due no later than 14 days before arrival

• Celebrations and parties are not allowed.

The price does not include:

• tourist taxes, which are paid at the resort reception

• 1.5 euros per person/day

• 0.75 euro per child from 12 years - 18 years

• Child under 12 years free

• 0.63 euro reception fee for check-in - charged once per person, regardless of length of stay.

A refundable damage deposit of 300 euros or 6,000 CZK is required before arrival.

The contract will come into effect once payment has been received and a booking confirmation with confirmed holiday dates has been issued. The contract is binding on you and all members of your party.

 

The house is fully equipped, including bed linen and towels.

Shared heated swimming pool, free sun loungers and parasols.

59-31 days before arrival: 70% refund

30-15 days before arrival: 40% refund

14-3 days before arrival: 20% refund
